Transfert depuis Foum Zguid
You can inform us in advance of your arrival in Foum Zguid so that our team can pick you up before your arrival in Foum Zguid.
After meeting you at our office in Foum Zguid, we will leave your car in a secure parking lot in Foum Zguid and take the 4×4 towards Erg Chegaga from Foum Zguid. On the way, you will visit the Tajine Mountains, the fossils, the nomads' tent and have a cup of tea with them, cross the dried-up Lake Iriki and, finally, arrive at our camp in the dunes of Erg Chegaga, on the side of Lake Iriki, near the dunes of Erg Elmhazil. The next morning, after breakfast, we will return to Foum Zguid.
NB: If you would like to stay for several days and do activities in the desert, you can inform our team in advance so that they can explain what you can do, such as camel riding, camel trekking or quad biking, and provide you with the price of each activity.

Transfert depuis Mahamid Elghizlaine
We will meet you in the center of M'hamid El Ghizlane, park your small car in a secure parking lot, and then take the off-road track towards Erg Chegaga to our desert camp, Foum Zguid Desert Camp. The journey will take approximately 2 hours 40 minutes, enjoying the superb views along the way; we will visit nomads along the way and the great dunes of Erg Chegaga, which are among the highest in Morocco. We will then arrive at the dunes of Erg Chegaga. You will enjoy the sunset from the top of the dunes, traditional cuisine, and music around the fire. The next morning, we will continue the road to Foum Zguid.
NB: If you would like to stay longer and organize other activities in the desert, you can inform our team in advance so that they can organize them for you, such as camel trekking, quad biking, or simply a day trip to discover the desert.

Transfert depuis Marrakech
We will pick you up from your riad, hotel or hostel early in the morning, around 7 am, heading towards Erg Chegaga. We will cross the Atlas Mountains and Taznakht, the capital of carpet production, then finally arrive at Foum Zguid, the gateway to the Sahara. After lunch in Foum Zguid, we will take the road to Erg Chegaga (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes) to reach Foum Zguid Desert Camp in the dunes of Erg Chegaga, passing by the Tajine mountain, the Elagermia oasis, visiting the fossils and crossing the dried-up Lake Iriki, before finally arriving at the camp.
In the evening, you can admire the sunset from the top of the dunes: it's an experience not to be missed in the Moroccan Sahara. You'll enjoy traditional cuisine and music around the fire.
The next morning, after breakfast, you will be ready to hit the road again towards Marrakech.
If you would like to do activities in the Moroccan desert, such as camel trekking, quad biking or a desert discovery through the Sahara, or if you would like to change the route back to Marrakech via M'hamid El Ghizlane, then Zagora and Ouarzazate, you can inform our team in advance; we will organize this for you and advise you of the additional costs.

Transfert depuis Ouarzazate
If you are in Ouarzazate and want to experience the desert at a lower cost, this is your best choice. Your driver will pick you up wherever you are in the city, whether you are at your hotel, in the center of Ouarzazate, or directly at Ouarzazate Airport. You will then drive to Foum Zguid via Taznakht, then from Foum Zguid to Erg Chegaga and Lake Iriki, while visiting the main highlights of the Sahara Desert. You will visit the Tajine Mountains, the Elagermia Oasis and the fossils, then cross the dried-up Lake Iriki to finally arrive at our camp, Foum Zguid Desert Camp.
You will enjoy the sunset from the great dunes, traditional cuisine and music around the fire. The next morning, after breakfast, you will take the road back to Ouarzazate.
If you would like to do any desert activities, such as camel trekking, quad biking or any other activity, or if you would like to change the route back to Ouarzazate via M'hamid El Ghizlane and Zagora to do what we call the "desert loop", please inform our team in advance; we will be happy to organize it for you and inform you of the costs.

Looking for a budget-friendly desert experience? Foum Zguid Desert Camp has the solution: you'll only pay for accommodation and transportation.
We will meet you in the center of Zagora or at your hotel, then we will take the road to Erg Chegaga either via Foum Zguid (one hour from Zagora, then another hour and a half to reach our camp), or on the other side, via M'hamid El Ghizlane, to reach our camp in the dunes of Erg Chegaga, on the side of Lake Iriki. You will enjoy the sunset and traditional music around the fire.
The next morning, after breakfast, you will take the road back to Zagora or Foum Zguid, then continue to Ouarzazate or Marrakech.
If you would like to stay in the Sahara Desert for several days or do activities such as camel trekking, quad biking or any other activity, we will be happy to organize it for you and inform you of the additional costs.

Transfert depuis Agadir
The closest Sahara Desert to Agadir is Erg Chegaga, on the Iriki Lake side. It only takes about 6 hours to reach Foum Zguid Desert Camp in the dunes of Erg Chegaga.
Our team will pick you up from your hotel or Agadir airport, then drive via Taroudant, the "little Marrakech," then Talouine, famous for saffron, before reaching Foum Zguid, the gateway to the Sahara. Next, we will take the Paris-Dakar off-road track to reach Erg Chegaga, visiting the Tajine Mountains and fossils, then crossing the dried-up Lake Iriki, to finally reach Foum Zguid Desert Camp. You will enjoy the sunset, traditional cuisine, and Berber music around the fire.
The next morning, after breakfast, we will take the road back to Agadir.
If you would like to spend several days in the Moroccan Sahara or do desert activities, such as camel trekking to discover the silence, tranquility and tradition of the Berber nomads, going deeper into the Sahara, or quad biking through the dunes, or if you would like to change the return route (return to Marrakech or passing through M'hamid El Ghizlane, then Zagora and Ouarzazate before Marrakech or Agadir), please inform our team in advance; we will be happy to organize it for you and inform you of the costs.
